  Introduction

I never thought that something like this would happen to me, sleeping with my sister's boyfriend. The worst betrayal a woman can commit. And on top of that, he was her boss!

He was such a sweet man, the most coveted guy in the city - a millionaire, an Adonis, the perfect man. Wherever he went he was admired, he attracted the eyes of every woman.

Well, not every woman, only the smartest, the most elegant. I could never have imagined being so lucky! I, who work in a deli, have been through so many relationships and... I must admit that I have a very, very strong character.

In the end it turned out that that was what he needed in his life, a strong woman. Troy Hamilton needed a tough person, for that reason he had returned to his ex, Barbara Drake, known by my sister's workmates as "The Silicone Nightmare".

Troy's ex-wife was his ruin, she only came back to get money, as was her custom. Barbara knew his weakness... sadomasochistic sex games. Oddly enough he liked that kind of thing.

Anyway, it wasn’t difficult for her to take Troy from my sister; she took advantage of the moment when my sister Tatiana refused to continue with the fetishism. Tatiana gave him an ultimatum; either we're serious, or the leather and everything else is over.

But it's a big mistake to leave a man without sex while there’s a viper like Barbara on the prowl! Guys are so basic… he ending up returning to Barbara and leaving Tati, the idiot! She’s such a good girl and her body… but of course there was one more person to consider - Elsa Quinn, Tatiana's sister, hehehe.

When Troy met me, he ended up leaving his ex, and also the sadomaso games. But then I felt guilty, and Tatiana and I made a pact – to both forget Troy, who separated us and made us fight. Until one day Tatiana met Dallas, the twin brother of the boss.

Dallas was an artist, a bohemian, although his brother Troy was the one who ran the businesses. But this twin was amazing - he wasn’t a womanizer, in fact he was passionate about beauty and spirit; he was a writer, a painter, a sculptor and even a gardener. He was the creator of the Fantasy Garden, a dreamlike place in the Hamilton mansion.

Like his brother, he was handsome, physically perfect. They were like two peas from the same pod to look at, but not intellectually and spiritually. I realized right away that he was a perfect match for my sister, and in fact they soon fell in love.

One day, Troy’s ex discovered that she was pregnant by him, and used this situation to try to win him back. That harpy appeared in the offices of Troy’s magazine, humiliating my sister and her companions, as was her custom. But Randy, one of the team and Tatiana’s gay friend, played a joke on Attila, the Silicon Nightmare’s Doberman – he soaked some dog biscuits in liquid ecstasy, a powerful sexual stimulator, and gave them to him.

Imagine that huge animal, out of control and in the apartment with her... the thing didn’t end there, as Randy, knowing about the pregnancy, left a fake letter from the hospital in her mailbox.

When my sister left work at Generations magazine that day, she came to my house and told me the news of Barbara's pregnancy.

‘Troy... is going to be a father.’

When I heard this I almost choked on my coffee, I started coughing nervously.

‘Are you okay, Elsa?’ Tatiana got up and patted me on the back.

  ‘It’s OK, sit down. How???’

‘Barbara came to the office and told him, we heard everything - it seems to be true.’ She said with regret. ‘What a problem for Troy!’

‘Judging by your expression, you think I care, right?’ I asked.

‘I know that you do, Elsa. I’m sorry.’ She said.

‘What bad luck I have with guys.’ I said, shaking my head.

‘Don’t despair, don’t let something like that affect you - after all it's his problem, not yours.’

‘Right.’ Tatiana went home, and I was left alone with my thoughts, cursing my bad luck.

After a few minutes the phone rang, it was Troy!

‘How are you? I've been thinking of you.’ He said in his deep, manly voice.

‘That figures, since you called me. What do you want?’

‘Would you like to do something tomorrow?’ He asked. I put my face in my hands and sighed, I didn’t want any more problems.

‘I don’t think it's a good idea, Troy, it's better if we don’t get together any more.’

‘Are you sure you'll find someone better than me?’

‘You’re so arrogant! You should think about your problems,’ I said angrily.

‘What do you mean? I have a good job, my life is sorted.’

‘Yes... and a baby on the way.’ You have to get to the point.

‘How is it possible? News travels fast; it must have been Randy and company… I'm going to get serious with them.’

‘Does it matter, Troy? Aren’t you nervous?’

‘What can I do, I have to face up to the situation. I’ll fight for custody of my son, or daughter.’ He said, his footsteps echoing as he walked through his huge hall.

‘Okay, I see that you really are trying to change your life, just like you told me.’

‘Then... you decline my invitation? I thought maybe we could have dinner together, at a nice restaurant.’

‘Oh Troy! How could I refuse a candy like you?’ I exclaimed, smiling.

‘That's my girl! We're not going to let my ex, that harpy, spoil everything, no matter how pregnant I left her.’

  ‘Hahaha, I'll see you tomorrow.’

The next day Barbara Drake got up early, she had to go to the hospital for a blood test. She also took a container with a urine sample. When the doctors had finished they told her that she would have the results in less than a week.

Two days later, she went to check her mailbox in case there was a letter, and she found one from the hospital. She opened the envelope with confidence and began to read:

  Dear Mrs. Drake,

We have studied your case, and something unusual has been found. Don’t worry about the baby; it will be born without problems, healthy and safe. But our researchers and geneticists are still doing tests - please do not be anguished by what we have to tell you.

Our doctors have concluded that this is a case of hybridization or crossing of species. There is no law that prohibits your pregnancy, you can have your baby without any problem, but doctors must strictly monitor the development of the creature in your uterus.

So far no example of a cross between a human and a dog has been reported. We believe that the result will be a new breed of canine.

Without further ado, we thank you for your attention and we hope that your pregnancy will proceed without complications, allowing you to become a happy mother.

  Yours sincerely,

The team of genetic researchers, department of exotic species.

When she finished reading the letter Barbara fainted. Attila, barking, came to her aid and began to lick her face; Barbara woke up and said:

‘You! It’s all your fault! What are we going to do now? Fuck!’ She lay back and put her hands to her head. Attila kept licking her.

  Chapter 1

Barbara got up, had a shower and went to the hospital. She left her dog Lulu at home, taking Attila, and w
hen she reached the door she tried to enter with the animal. But the guards stopped her.

  ‘No dogs!’

‘He's the father of my baby!’ She growled angrily, rearranging her silicone breasts inside her coat. The guards looked surprised.

‘Very funny lady, leave the animal here if you want to pass.’ So Attila was tied to a lamppost and muzzled. Barbara went to the doctor's office and expressed her doubts.

‘I'm nervous, I don’t know how I'm going to feed my baby… should I give it milk or dog food?’ The doctor shook his head; the woman was crazy.

‘Can you repeat the question? I think I misheard you.’

‘I received your letter; I already know that I'm pregnant with a... hybrid. The father is waiting outside! He’s a beautiful Doberman,’ Barbara exclaimed.

The doctor leaned his elbows on the table and rested his forehead on his fingers. He raised his eyebrows and searched for this woman's records.

‘I have here the results of your urine and blood tests - you are not pregnant.’ He said calmly.

‘What! So why did you send me a letter saying... ’

‘We haven’t sent you any letters! Madam, there are many patients waiting, please do not waste any more time. Would you like a consultation with a psychiatrist?’

Barbara listened to what the doctor told her with her mouth open, then got up, trying to hold back her rage, and left the doctor's office.

She picked up Attila and returned home, buying a new pregnancy test on the way. Before using it, however, Lulu again urinated on it first - this time she noticed the trick played by her poodle.

‘Lulu! Behave yourself, you've ruined it! Today everything is going wrong!’ After a few minutes she saw that the test had changed color - positive!

‘Ohhh! How could I have been so stupid?’ What a question...

I went to a restaurant with Troy; he came to pick me up again in his white limousine, with the driver waiting for me to come down from my house. The dinner was superb, the wine excellent.

‘What are you going to do about Barbara?’ I asked, wiping my mouth with my napkin. I retouched my lips with a lip pencil.

‘What I told you, take responsibility.’

‘Are you sure? You don’t know what you’re letting yourself in for.’

‘Don’t discourage me.’ He was right; I should try to cheer him up. ‘I’ll do everything possible to regain control. I’ve set myself some new goals.’

‘Oh yes?’ I asked, as he stroked my cheek and leaned closer to me.

  ‘Start a family.’

‘Wow! That’s a sudden change!’ I was surprised by his response; I hadn’t expected something like that.

‘It all forms part of “Project sort out my life”. That's the title.’

‘Interesting… And is there anything else?’

‘I'd like to apologize.’ He got closer still, moving in to kiss me. I pulled back.

‘Why? You haven’t done anything to me,’ I replied.

‘I think I behaved awfully with you.’ He said, though looking frustrated that I had denied him the kiss.

‘Don’t worry; you did it for my sister.’ I said, and stroked his cheeks.

‘What do you think about us?’

‘Right now I'm fine as we are.’

‘Don’t you like me anymore?’ He asked, frowning.

‘Oh, all guys are the same! You just want to get laid, right?’

‘Since you mention it... ’ When I heard him I snorted angrily.

‘Just kidding! You can’t always be like this.’ He reproached me.

‘Like what? What do you mean?’

‘On the defensive; as if all men were the incarnation of Lucifer.’ He wasn’t exactly in a position to question my values at that moment.

  ‘Aren’t you?’

‘Very funny. I don’t need you to give me sex; do you think I'm desperate?’

‘Why don’t we change the subject?’ It made me tense to talk about the same thing all the time.

‘I know you think I'm going to hurt you.’ Huh, I didn’t think, I was sure he would.

‘Guys never give a shit about our feelings.’

He crossed his arms when he heard that. ‘You're difficult, what you just said is controversial.’

  ‘Really?’

‘If you want to spend all night talking about this, we'd better leave now.’ He waved to the waiter to ask for the bill.

‘Wait! Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit.’

‘Do you think so? It's impossible to have a conversation when you have that attitude; I've been honest with you.’

‘Ok, don’t get mad.’ I tried to reassure him.

‘Maybe I should find another person to tell this to.’ I didn’t like that at all, I knew the woman he was referring to.

  ‘Are you thinking of Barbara?’

‘Are you crazy? Let's go, I'm fed up!’

‘Okay, sorry... I overstepped the mark.’

  ‘Big time.’

  ‘I'm sorry, I feel…’ I took his hands.

‘Tell me, Elsa, I need to know what you feel.’ When I heard that, I leaned over and kissed him deeply. It lasted until the waiter arrived with the bill.

‘Oh, thank you!’ He said as he took out his wallet. ‘You know? I like it when you take the initiative.’

We left the restaurant and went to his place and that night we slept together. To think that at first I thought he would never catch me in his "net of seduction"...

As for Barbara, after what had happened with her dog, she studied the pregnancy test and then looked at her two animals.

‘Bad dog! What have you done to Lulu?’ She said, looking at Attila.

For a few minutes she sat there, meditating on what to do now; after a while a malevolent smile appeared on her face. The next day she decided to visit her ex, at the office.

‘What do you want this time?’ He asked sternly. ‘If I remember correctly I told you that I didn’t want to see you here again.’

‘I came to talk about our future offspring’ she said sweetly, approaching Troy and putting her hands on his waist. He responded by gently moving them away. ‘We should get along.’

‘It isn’t necessary for you to come to see me here; we will solve it through the courts. I’m not afraid of you, you know?’

‘I knew you would have this irresponsible attitude.’ Barbara sighed.

‘Hahaha, really? I'll take care of our child, if possible of everything!’

‘Oh, really! I see what you mean,’ she said, with a menacing look. Her expression was becoming more and more aggressive. ‘How stupid, it’s the word of a man against a woman.’ That comment surprised Troy, who took a step back and looked at her suspiciously.

‘What are you plotting?’ He asked, scared.

‘It's simple - you treated me "well”, which is negative for a "father" - remember that I am the mother.’

‘I still don’t understand - we don’t live together, you can’t accuse me of anything!’

‘We don’t live together and yet you got me pregnant?’ She said with an ironic laugh.

‘Stop it! I’m in a relationship with another person.’ So saying, he put his mobile on the table and unlocked the screen, showing her the background picture of me and him kissing.

Barbara was furious. She looked away from the image of us and glared at her ex, her eyes bloodshot.

‘You sure know how to hurt me! I swore I would get my revenge and I'll do it!’ She stormed out of Troy’s office, slamming the door. Everyone was quiet and a little scared as they watched that woman moving quickly across the room, her heels resounding. When she opened the door to leave, she found herself face to face with me.

‘You, here?’ She took me by the neck, as if she wanted to strangle me - I responded with a well-deserved and accurate punch. She fell backwards, unconscious, onto the floor of the office. Everyone was watching and they applauded me!

When Barbara woke up, she had a damp cloth on her right
eye, which was currently a little red from the impact. Then she came to…

‘I’ll sue you, bitch!’ She mumbled.

‘It was self-defence; there are more than 100 witnesses, dear.’ The silicone nightmare stirred, got up and straightened her clothes then left the magazine at full throttle.

  Chapter 2

After her disappearance I again heard applause – Tatiana was approaching me with a smile on her lips and her arms wide.

‘Ah, sister, wherever you go, you triumph.’ She said, shaking her head in resignation.

  ‘Of course, you know me!’

‘What brings you here?’ Tatiana asked me, brushing her hair back from her face and then stroking my neck, right where Barbara had grabbed me.

‘I was coming to see your ex, today I have a day off.’

‘You chose a bad time.’ She was referring to the nightmare’s visit.

I entered Troy’s office and we kissed passionately; despite the silicone nightmare’s visit he seemed to be in good spirits.

‘I saw what happened, but I preferred not to intervene in women's affairs... ’

‘You did well, you could’ve been hurt.’ I said with a smile, while I stroked his hair.

‘I think I should talk to Dallas, things aren’t great between us.’

‘My sister told me that you had a little fight.’ I whispered worriedly, still playing with his hair.

‘Yes; it was impulsive, but we love each other – we’re brothers, after all.’

The conversation between them took place that same day. He found Dallas in the mansion, retouching the "Fantasy Garden ". Troy watched for several minutes, then approached at a slow pace. Dallas turned around when he heard the footsteps on the dry leaves.

‘Something to say?’ asked Dallas from the top of a small ladder, where he was cutting the branches of a bush, giving shape to the figure of a witch.

‘Why do you think that? I was just walking.’ At that Dallas looked at his brother with raised eyebrows and an incredulous expression.

‘I know you, you're always in a hurry - it's very rare to see you so quiet, and watching me.’

‘Oh, I didn’t mean to disturb you!’ Troy replied. ‘But I'd like to apologize, we haven’t mentioned it again.’
